Terms & Conditions , Cancellation policy

For cancellations on booking your sharing based excursions a 5 hour prior notice is required otherwise 50% of the payment would be charged on last minute cancellations. For booking private vehicles and the campsite we require 50% advance payment to make all the necessary arrangements. For booking Exclusive vehicles and campsite on high season please note if you cancel your planned event close to the event date, there would be a charge of 25% on your total paid amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE COMPANY:
Once the booking has been confirmed by the company, the customer shall pay cancellation charges in the event that the customer cancels any of the services for any reason whatsoever.
The cancellation charges which shall be levied on the total price for any of the services and which shall where appropriate, including any deposit paid by the customer, are as follows:

a) Cancellation received by the company:

More than 45 days – Deposit only
More than 30 days-25% of the total price
More than 15 days-50% of the total price
More than 05 days-75% of the total price
NO SHOWS – 100% of the total price

GOVERNING LAW:

As Desert safari Excursions has been an approved tour licensed company under Dubai Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM), all services provided in accordance with the guidelines, rules and regulations of DTCM, which are updated from time to time. This contract is also subject to these terms and conditions.

These conditions shall be construed according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates Courts, shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute between the customer and the company
